SECURITY CAMERAS
There are security cameras installed at both the Cool Springs and McEwen entrances. The purpose is to monitor all inbounds and outboard traffic.  However, if you experience a burglary, please call the Franklin Police Department. 

GATE ISSUES
If you experience any operating issues with the gates, please contact Stephanie Williams at: [email protected] or by phone during business hours at (931) 797-1372. 

Please remember not to tailgate into or out of the neighborhood. If you tailgate and the gates hit your car, then you accept responsibility for any damages to the gate and your vehicle. The exit gate sensors require adequate time to register a vehicle in order for the gate to stay open after another vehicle has triggered it to open. Upon approach should the exit gate be open due to another vehicle triggering it to open, you should slow down and allow the sensors to register before you pass through.

GATE REMOTES AND CODES
Contact Stephanie Williams if you need an additional remote. Remotes are $50 each. If you remote has stopped working, first try to replace the battery. Should that not work, you will need to get the remote number to Stephanie so that it can be removed from the system. That number is on the back label as well as on the inside label under TR#. Broken/damaged remotes are not swapped out. The boards inside the remotes do go out over time. You will need to purchase a new remote.

If you need to change your gate code, contact Stephanie Williams. Vendors that visit your home regularly (housekeeping, landscaping, dog walkers, Realtors, etc.) are permitted their own gate code. Stephanie can assist you with getting this set up.

SOLICITORS
Solicitors must have a City of Franklin Permit. If they knock on your door and do not have a permit, please call the non-emergency # for the Franklin Police (615-794-2513).
